Operate on a selected fleet, not an accidental one

Fleet Runner coordinates permitted work across registered targets. The operator chooses the workspace, assets, and action; the platform records the operation lifecycle and per-target outcomes. A queued task is not the same as a completed change.

A safer operating sequence

1. Check target ownership and current agent capability.
2. Review the intended command or operation before dispatch.
3. Watch running, failed, retried, and cancelled states separately.
4. Inspect every target result and preserve the audit context.
