EAST4SERV MANAGED OPERATIONS

Server management around your workload.

Add an E4S operations scope to a cloud server you purchase here or bring an existing Linux server. Infrastructure and management remain separate services, so each can be changed independently.

How managed operations work

Administration around the workload

East4Serv’s existing Linux management service covers server hardening, operating-system maintenance, web-stack tuning, and monitoring. The operating scope is agreed for the actual hosts and applications involved; a monitoring-only arrangement and a managed-operations arrangement are different services.

Typical work

  • Review the server baseline, access model, and running services.
  • Plan OS and package maintenance around the workload.
  • Configure and review firewall, web server, PHP, and database settings where in scope.
  • Connect authorized assets to monitoring and route alerts to the responsible team.
  • Record changes, incidents, and follow-up work.

The exact response commitments, backup responsibilities, and monthly price belong in a written plan or proposal. Browse approved public plans or request a scoped assessment.

Management levels under review

The current public marketing page and older billing store show conflicting tiers and prices. These imported plans are available for a scoped consultation; checkout stays disabled until the owner reconciles prices and responsibilities.
