Extensions must respect Core boundaries

Configured notification and reporting integrations are part of the deployed E4S Monitor. A separately managed, customer-facing plugin installation UI is not available in this production installation, so extension packages must not be uploaded through media or unrelated administration forms.

What to review before extending
