E4S PLATFORM

Server monitoring

Resource state with collection context

For registered Linux servers, E4S presents the resource signals available from the deployed agent: CPU, memory, disk, load, network, and related service state. Agent freshness and monitoring history help distinguish a live resource problem from a stale sample.

How operators investigate

  1. Confirm server identity and active workspace.
  2. Check agent connection time and supported capabilities.
  3. Compare resource trends with service failures and recent changes.
  4. Review alert and report history before drawing a conclusion.

High load does not always mean high CPU. Disk capacity and disk latency are different conditions. Read the server evidence guide for the detailed interpretation sequence.
